Change and Business Improvement Manager (Inside IR35)

The Change and Business Improvement Manager is an influential role within a central practice of transformation professionals who are supporting the organisation with an ambitious roadmap of change that is enabling us to deliver our ten-year strategy.

Our C&BI Managers bring skills in business architecture, business analysis, digital design and delivery, operational improvement and business change. The team plays a key role in the design and delivery of major digital and business transformation initiatives, as well as smaller projects and programmes.

My client is looking for candidates with particular experience in the design of integrated (people, process and technology) operating models who can also lead on shaping, specifying and delivering end-to-end operational processes. You will work alongside Digital, Data and Technology professionals as well as multiple operational and functional subject matter experts from divisions.

Summary:

This role is focused on business architecture and design and implementation of new operating models, review of existing working practices, identifying areas for improvement in organisational design.
Working with BA’s to develop service and process catalogues, helping implement transformations to organisational ways of working and structures.
Developing Target Operating Models and implementing them.
Preferably some digital experience, preferably some regulatory experience or experience in implementing change within Operations.
