Job Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR expertise and guidance
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programmes to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage HR metrics and report on key HR data to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR best practises and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in the manufacturing or production industry
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- Strong experience within Employee Relations
