Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: North West England, Merseyside, Wirral

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Human Resources

Secondary Industry: Manufacturing and Production

Salary: £60000 - £65000 Per annum

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR expertise and guidance
  • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programmes to enhance employee skills
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage HR metrics and report on key HR data to senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practises and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience in the manufacturing or production industry
  • Experience working in a unionised environment
  • Strong experience within Employee Relations

Working Conditions:
