Morson are recruiting for Platers for BAE Systems at their site in Govan!

It is a 12  month contract with start dates subject to security and a trade test. If you want to join the team please read the below!

You will need shipbuilding and heavy industry experience ideally, and an apprenticeship certificate or level 3 NVQ and breakdown of the certification. 

What you will be doing!

- Interpreting engineering drawings

-Fit, fair and tack weld steelwordk, using fairing aids

- preparin ship for float-off and ship sea trials

- fabrication of ship items
