Internal Sales Administrator

We are looking for an temporary Internal Sales Admin Assistant to join our clients Marine/Offshire Product Sales team based in Manchester.

The main purpose of the role will be to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, requests for quotes and orders. Along with providing support to our external sales representatives.

Proficient IT skills required i.e. word, excel, outlook

Responsibilities
Receive and process client request for quotations
Answer client queries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Knowledge of product offering and keep up-to-date with new offerings
Follow up with clients of quotations
Order expediting/shipping support
