Location: Hemel Hempstead (2-3 days per week in the office)

Hours: 7.5 hours per day
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in commercial or industrial Revit projects. You will be working in our state-of-the-art offices in Hemel Hempstead for 2-3 days per week, collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate Revit models and technical drawings for commercial and industrial projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Perform model coordination and clash detection.
Maintain and update project documentation following company standards.
Participate in a skills test as part of the interview process.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Revit Technician in commercial or industrial projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
