I am currently partnering with a fantastic utilities business who are looking for a Senior Reward Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role is based on site in Coventry.
Salary between £55,000 PA - £60,000 PA. Plus benefits which include a bonus.
Role:
• As a key member of the busy Reward team, and wider HR directorate, you’ll be critical in helping shape and deliver the Company’s reward framework. You’ll ensure that we are recognising and rewarding the value that our brilliant employees bring to the Company to help us attract, retain and motivate.
• You will need to build strong working relationships with our HR Business Partners and Resourcing teams, working with the business to advise on the most effective reward and benefits package.
• Through your technical knowledge, collaboration and great stakeholder skills you’ll be trusted by the Company as an expert in Reward and Benefits.
• As custodian of the reward framework, you’ll head into challenge and be able to advice and influence across the Company to ensure that salary offers are fair, consistent and appropriate for the individual business needs.

• Job Evaluation and salary benchmarking activities to ensure we are both competitive to the external market and consistent across the business.
• Support and provide expert Reward advice to the business during change programmes as required (including organisational design and TUPE).
• Work in conjunction with key stakeholders to develop appropriate pay frameworks, ensuring stakeholder engagement, affordability, governance and market alignment.
• Work with our payroll to ensure implementation of BAU or change translates accurately.
• Support the Reward Manager to deliver strategic change in the Reward and Benefits framework.
• Provide analytical Reward insights to the business based on both internal and external data.
