I am currently partnering with Manchester Airport Group (MAG) to recruit for a People Services Assistant join the team initially on a 3 month basis. This role has the potential to turn permanent. Reporting into the People Service Centre Manager, you will be joining a close-knit and supportive team.
Hybrid working from Manchester Airport, 2 days in and 3 days from home.
Up to £88.46 per day.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to deliver a high quality and efficient administration service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Service
• Resolve policy/rules-based queries within agreed SLA’s via ServiceNow, telephone and email, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Seek advice for complex queries from senior team members.
• Liaise with customers and third parties where appropriate to resolve queries and use SAP SuccessFactors to administer transactions.
• Check the quality and accuracy of own work and the work of peers as required.
Process
• Administer rules-based transactions following agreed processes and procedures to required SLA’s and quality standards.
• Support the delivery of projects within the teams existing service scope.
• Propose new ways that our systems and processes can be simplified or enhanced through continuous improvement, to improve efficiencies and ways of working within the team.
• Recommend updates to the PSC Knowledge bank and relevant processes as appropriate.
• Keep up to date with any relevant processes and policy changes.
Technology
• Perform data input activities and utilise appropriate HR systems to resolve queries.
• Produce & validate routine letters, reports and forms using agreed systems & templates.
• Keep up to date with all relevant system and technical developments.
People
• Identify own additional training & development needs to enhance performance in the role.
• Demonstrate the required behaviours against the MAG values.
• Provide buddy support to PSC new starters.
