Administrator

Position: Administrator
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours: 37.5 Hours
Salary: £18K - £23.5K (Dependant on experience )
Holidays: 25 annual holidays + 8 statutory holidays

JOB SUMMARY
To provide a professional and effective administration service in line with business procedures and statutory requirements.

GENERAL ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Maintain customer records, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily accessible
•Ensure all electronic and manual records are maintained in line with business procedures and statutory requirements
•Ensure that all incoming correspondence is recorded and correctly processed
•Ensure that any follow up actions derived from customer enquiries is completed promptly and accurately
•Ensure all work is carried out is in accordance with internal policies and procedures and that all relevant compliance or regulatory requirements are met.
•Receiving and processing customer expenses
•Dealing with telephone enquiries
•Liaise with all internal departments
•Deliver Brilliant Customer Service at all times
•Undertake any training as and when required
•Undertake any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the business.

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage and process customer application forms
•Request, check and send out welcome packs to new customers via post/email
•Update customer details on relevant Champion software
•Set up electronic/paper files for customers
•Monitor and chase outstanding welcome packs
•Monitor and chase outstanding documents
•Process returned welcome packs (logging/scanning/filing)
•Process and log contract material
•Monitor and process HMRC documents
•Complete customer reference requests as and when required
•Completion of regulatory checks in line with Anti Money Laundering Legislation
•Ensure all other general administrative duties are completed as and when required
