We have an immediate vacancy for an Administration Assistant to work as part of a busy team based in Grangemouth.
Working within a busy office environment in Grangemouth. Morson is a recruitment firm and the administration support team assist with the following;
- Taking a wide range of calls from Clients & Contractors
- Assisting with queries
- Providing support with issuing contracts; letters
- Updating systems and extensions
- Liaising with other teams within Morson to provide administration support
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) based within the Grangemouth office
Perm role with negotiable salary and additional staff benefits
Candidates should have good communication skills and understanding of MS office systems. Previous experience would be an advantage - but not essential as training will be provided - Cv’s can be sent to Cheryll@morson.com
