HR Advisor

Morson are currently partnering with a family-run business based in Malton to recruit for a HR Advisor. 

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £37,000pa. This role will be based from the Malton office with 1 day per week working from home. 

The HR Advisor will work in a true generalist capacity reporting into the Managing Director of the business.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Employee Relations cases 
• Coach and support Line Managers
• Manage all recruitment activity from start to finish 
• Take ownership of any HR projects and strategic HR initiatives 
• Support on payroll activities 
• Deliver training on a range of HR topics
• Manage and utilise accurate HR data and metrics 

Requirements:

• Experience of working in an similar role as a HR Generalist
• Good employment law knowledge with experience of managing an ER caseload
• CIPD qualified
