Anderselite are currently working with well known contractors working in JV who are seeking a Senior Design Manager on a contract basis.
Minimum of 3 days per week on site - London based.
12 Month Maternity Cover Contract
Ideally someone to start early March to give 6 weeks handover, however will look a candidates on 4 week notice period if required.
Leading teams of 6 DM’s
Built the shafts and now in the process of building headhouses and fit out of both Shafts & Headhouses - All Assets.
Stage 5 DM, close-out of some Stage 4 Design.
Lots of heavy civils is complete the shafts have been constructed and now focusing on fit-out
Cladding, Roofing systems, MEP, Arch etc.

People Skills / Managerial Experience - Will be leading team of 6 DM’s

Strong Reporting experience of Programme
Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
Large Scale Civil Engineering Project Experience
Fit Out Experience
NEC Contracts knowledge
Experience in Stage 5 design and managing and coordinating numerous specialist contractors
