We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent time management skills. The Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external contractors.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
Monitor project progress using tools like Jira and Smartsheet, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Supervise team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages productivity and innovation.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity in expectations and progress reporting.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes for future reference.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure or construction background.
Proficiency in using project management tools.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in supervising teams and managing resources efficiently.
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
A project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or APM) is desirable.
