Contract Type: 3 months
Reports To: HR Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in a fast-paced, global organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a large, complex environment and has a strong track record in employee relations (ER) and international employment law.

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders across multiple regions, providing strategic and operational HR support. Your expertise in employee relations and understanding of diverse employment laws will ensure the organization remains compliant and equipped to manage workforce challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Serve as the lead advisor on complex ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and redundancies.
Proactively address employee concerns to foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies across regions while tailoring approaches to local legal requirements.
International Employee Relations and Employment Law:

Advise on and manage employment law issues across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
Stay abreast of international employment law changes and their impact on business operations.
Business Partnering:

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change.
Support leadership teams in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations and Projects:

Lead or support global HR initiatives such as restructuring, acquisitions, or policy standardization.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with global HR standards and best practices.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global, fast-paced, large-scale organization.
Strong expertise in employee relations, including handling complex cases and navigating sensitive situations.
In-depth knowledge of international employee relations and employment laws across multiple regions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery and long-term planning.
Experience in working with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools is desirable.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential).
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification (highly desirable).
Additional certifications in employment law or global HR practices (advantageous).
