Morson are partnering with a fantastic business in South Yorkshire who are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE. Following probation, you will have hybrid working of 2 - 3 days in the office per week. 

The HR Manager role is truly operational, and the successful candidate must have experience of being in an operational HR role as a manager before. 

The Role:

  • Oversee all HR operations duties across the employee lifecycle
  • Run 5 UK payrolls end to end
  • Management of the Admin function - headcount of 2
  • Improving HR processes 
  • HR system management 
  • Operational TUPE integrations
  • Benefit renewal 
  • Ensuring agreed SLAs are met 
  • Ownership of any HR projects

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience of working in an operational HR manager role
  • Experience of managing end to end UK payroll
  • Experience of using HR systems 
  • CIPD qualified 

Package:
