£28,000 pro rata 

Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

About the Role:
Morson Talent is recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Coordinator on behalf of our client, a prestigious organisation with a strong presence nationwide. In this role, you will be at the heart of daily office operations, ensuring that both staff and visitors have an exceptional experience when attending the premises. As the ‘go-to’ person for local help and support, you will play a key role in upholding high standards and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front of house, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Meeting and greeting visitors, issuing security passes as needed
• Communicating local office inductions, emergency procedures, and first aid information
• Ensuring common facilities are functional and maintained to high standards
• Monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards
• Coordinating meeting resources to support smooth operations
• Reporting maintenance or cleaning issues to the Facilities Helpdesk
• Handling switchboard calls, post, and general enquiries
• Acting as the appointed first aider and emergency warden

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who meets the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house role
• Excellent people skills with a positive and approachable attitude
• Strong communication skills – in person, over the phone, and via email
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in an office environment is advantageous
