Rate: PAYE £18.68ph
Location: Filton, Bristol
Hours: Flexi 35hrs/week, full-time onsite

About the Role

As an Aerospace Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in operational and development programs, applying engineering and problem-solving skills to implement robust and capable manufacturing processes. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will support production planning, product development, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges within aerospace manufacturing.

  • Assist in the development and integration of manufacturing processes for production.

  • Support product development, first article creation, and configuration changes.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce non-conformances.

  • Participate in Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain strong team relationships with internal customers and co-workers.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • A degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

  • Some experience or knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.

  • Understanding of quality systems such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent.

  • Some experience or knowledge in Project/Program Management.
