Planned Works Surveyor

Location: Yorkshire (West Yorkshire + surrounding area)

Duration: 2-3 Months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Pay: Up to £30 per hour Umbrella PAYE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Temporary Planned Works Surveyor to join our’s client team for a duration of 2-3 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing planned projects within the housing sector, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate project requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare and review detailed project plans, specifications, and budgets.
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established timelines.
• Provide regular reports on project status and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in surveying, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a surveyor in planned or maintenance works.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT Skills (Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
