FOH Regional Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a background in corporate reception or hospitality?

  We are seeking a Front of House Regional Manager to oversee and support operations across a portfolio of properties in London.

 In this role, you will manage and inspire onsite Front of House teams, ensuring a seamless, high-quality service for our Clients and Occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate FoH teams to deliver top-tier service.
  • Conduct regular audits and address queries/complaints promptly.
  • Innovate and enhance FoH service delivery.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance of FoH staff.
  • Ensure financial control and compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in hospitality/customer service.
  • Strong leadership abilities across multi-site teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Flexibility to provide operational support when needed.
