Architectural Tec

Anderselite are currently assisting in a search for an experienced Architectural Technician for a local Architectural practice based near to Bridgend.  They are seeking experienced individual to join their busy and expanding team to work on medium and large scale Residential and Housing developments for a range of House Builder and Social Housing clients.

The right individual will have a background within large scale Residential schemes and the role will see you producing technical working drawings in Revit as well as AutoCAD and it is highly desirable you are experienced in both these packages. However training and support will be provided if not. You will be interpreting the client briefs and producing technical documentation in line with the latest regulations. 

Another part of the role is to have an understanding, interest or experience in Passive House detailing, this would be ideal and an advantage but not essential. Willingness to expand knowledge into this area will be expected as the client has a number of such projects in progress and it’s likely that any successful candidate will be working on them.

You will be an integral part of the team and there are great opportunities for long term career progression, within the technical team of this firm.
