Business Analyst, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

This is about delivering transformative change through innovative technological solutions. The Change Delivery Team plays a pivotal role in achieving the Group’s strategic objectives, and you could be part of this journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Map out current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) business processes.
• Create detailed functional requirements, business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business transition processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of structured analysis methodologies, BPMN, and MS tools (including MS Project).
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and product management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from executives to developers.

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Experience with process automation and finance project implementations.
• Previous work within a Group environment.
