Job Duties:

• Develop and implement quality management systems
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments
• Identify and resolve quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Provide training and support to staff on quality processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a quality engineering role
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Education:

Experience:

Proven experience in a quality engineering role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of quality management systems
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Management
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an engineering environment in South East England. The Quality Engineer may be required to travel occasionally for audits or meetings.
