Quality Engineer

Morson Talent is excited to be recruiting for a dynamic and innovative client within the nuclear sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working, allowing you to be based anywhere in the country, with the requirement to travel for monthly team meetings and occasional meetings at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procedure Development: Update and create new procedures, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Management System Expertise: Operate within established management systems and maintain compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Record Management: Implement key principles of record management, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy.
Process Embedding: Embed new processes and procedures across the organization to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Capture and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise project outcomes.
Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.
Key Deliverables (Next 3-12 Months):

Roll out and implement a new non-conformance system.
Create and deploy new procedures and processes to support project delivery.
Ensure successful adoption and integration of continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills and Experience Required:

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Asset Suite systems, Intelex, and Document Management Systems.
Experience working within an ISO9001 or regulated environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Proven track record of embedding processes and procedures within an organization.
Ability to deliver effective training programs.
Desirable Background:

Candidates with experience in industries such as Oil/Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmacy, Automotive, or Aerospace are highly encouraged to apply. Previous experience in the nuclear sector is not required.
