At Urenco, we’re dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We value the drive and potential of our people and provide industry-leading training and development programs to help you thrive. What You’ll Do

Advise, consult, and offer feedback in shaping the Group’s Project Delivery Strategy, ensuring it aligns with UUK’s objectives and supports the capex portfolio’s strategic goals. - Project Delivery Accountability
Hold overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring safety, scope, cost, schedule, and business benefit objectives are met. Effectively communicate the strategy, objectives, and benefits to both business units and the Group while aligning with the organisational strategy to maximise business benefits. - Team Development and Integration
Build and lead a high-performance team, ensuring seamless integration of all sub-disciplines and functions throughout the project lifecycle. - Relationship Management
Foster and strengthen relationships with subcontractors and vendors, acting as an advocate for the owner and enhancing partnerships.
What You Need to Thrive in This Role

Project Management Qualification/Accreditation such as APM or PMI. - Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, with full accountability and active leadership of EPC projects (or in an owner role). Experience in on-site construction is essential. - Team Leadership and Strategy Communication
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, clearly communicate strategy, and ensure team accountability for project delivery. - Project Management Expertise
Strong knowledge of leading project management techniques and a record of guiding teams to success with minimal supervision. - Analytical and Strategic Skills
Skilled at analysing project requirements and critical success factors, translating them into effective Delivery Strategies tailored to project needs. - Results-Driven Approach

Ability to manage ambiguity confidently and take responsibility for delivering projects in line with business expectations.
