The HR Management team are an established team who are starting to enjoy real influence on the whole decision making process for the entire business.
Due to internal succession, we have a rare opportunity for an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner. The role will be to strategically support a specific business area in all their activities from Talent and Succession Partnering and understanding areas for future growth and talent needs, to supporting the business area moving into more commercial ways of working.
The responsibilities within the role are broad and include:
• To contribute to delivery of overall business goals through the delivery of the HR Strategic Plan
• To ensure that people issues are considered at the early stage of strategy formulation
• To enable the business to achieve its goals by having the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.
• To understand key performance issues and objectives and drive the HR agenda to support business strategy and delivery.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levelss of the organisation to support delivery of HR Strategy
• To champion and implement HR initiatives across functions and business units and act as an ambassador for the HR function
• To initiate and influence change management programmes
• To champion communication and staff engagement within the business
• To coach, challenge and advise managers on HR issues
• To provide sound advice on all HR issues such as reward, performance, change, culture and leadership
• To support the development of Senior Managers and develop and implement new working practices
• To identify issues and trends and explore underlying causes in order to provide effective HR solutions / projects and initiatives
• To align and design HR solutions to support business strategy
• To contribute to the development of HR strategy
• To identify and feedback issues to the senior HR management team for cross business solutions.
Qualifications
You will be passionate about HR Delivery, able to influence and align yourself to people at all levels. Your analytical and consultative approach means you can work with people with various mindsets, and you will have the ability to communicate and show information in many different ways, depending on your audience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated, ideally CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
• Proven background within a Senior HR Business Partnering role.
• Influencing change with key stakeholders.
• Coaching Executives and Leaders.
• Strong business and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Agile worker, can adapt quickly change and reactive in a positive way.
