HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner
Department: Human Resources
Location: Skegness, hybrid working 2 days on site and 3 from home
Reports To: Head of People

Our Human Resources team plays a crucial role in upholding this commitment, and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join us.

You will be responsible for supporting all people activity on the resort, working closely and partnering with leaders from across all areas to develop a people plan for both reactive and proactive people activity. 
 

You will then work closely with specialists within the wider People Team to ensure any actions or activity is managed effectively. This will involve working with Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and Payroll & Reward to ensure we have future sight of any key requirements and can work effectively to support the team.

You will also manage any resort based case work which is varied in topic and complexity, supporting and coaching leaders through this and acting as a trusted advisor to team.

As a true role model for the team, you will lead a range of people activities that reflect our values and business objectives, encouraging a fantastic culture with a focus on continuous development and making a difference to our guests.  As the subject matter expert, you will also support in upskilling and training the team in a range of core HR subjects.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be on the resort or the majority of your working week to ensure you’re accessible to team. 

About You

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an existing People Advisor looking for their next step, or for an experienced People Partner who is looking for a new challenge. 

You should be experienced in operating in a complex organisation with different functions and should have excellent practical knowledge of employment law and how to effectively apply HR policy.

Coaching and developing our team is really important to us, so experience in working closely with team of all levels through sometimes challenging situations is essential.

You should have an approachable and engaging style and be comfortable operating within an agile business where things can change quickly.
