We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent Warrington £25,000–£26,000 DOE + Bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (your choice!)
Location: Warrington (hybrid working available once training is complete)
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 DOE + bi-annual bonus

About the role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and account managers, delivering world-class service that keeps everything running smoothly. It’s a busy, varied role where your attention to detail and ability to work with urgency really matters.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and tracking customer orders from start to finish

Solving problems with a positive, can-do approach

Keeping customers and account managers updated with proactive comms

Owning EDI orders – from processing to invoicing

Logging queries and insights in our CRM

Suggesting process improvements and helping implement them

What we’re looking for:
We’re open to candidates from all sorts of backgrounds – it’s about your attitude, willingness to learn, and being a team player. Longevity in a previous role and a genuine desire to deliver great customer service are key.

You’ll also bring:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using MS Office
A calm, professional approach under pressure
