Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Warrington (Office-based for 3 months, then hybrid - 2 days from home / 3 days in the office)
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or late shifts

I’m delighted to be working with a fantastic company based in Warrington to support them in finding a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. While the role is complex and will require some time to learn, you’ll be supported every step of the way by your team and the wider business, including an approachable and hands-on senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls from customers looking to place orders.
Resolving invoice queries efficiently and professionally.
Proactively chasing missing orders and late deliveries to keep customers informed.
Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and a friendly approach.
Working collaboratively with your team while taking responsibility for your own workload.
Supporting team members when needed to ensure success for the whole department.
