Experienced Technical Architect - Knutsford, 3-Month Contract (Renewable)

Location: Knutsford, Cheshire, with 3 day initial induction in South
Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Umbrella PAYE)
Duration: 3 months with potential for renewal

Anderselite, a leading recruitment agency, is excited to offer a contract role on behalf of our esteemed client in the power sector. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple high-profile projects, including a nuclear training facility, a visitor centre, and commercial office spaces.

Role Overview:

With 7 live projects currently in the construction phase, we’re looking for a skilled Technical Architect who thrives in the technical, hands-on stages of construction. This role involves providing essential constructional support, including responding to RFIs and offering client-facing interactions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a project from the technical design phase, responding directly to contractor and client inquiries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team based in London, alongside periodic communication with team members in Hemel Hempstead.
Apply Revit expertise to ensure project quality and technical accuracy (proficiency test required).
Attend the Knutsford office at least 4 days a week to ensure seamless project support and team integration.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 10 years, with a strong focus on commercial or industrial projects.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a thorough understanding of construction documentation and project management.
Project Management: Capability to lead and manage projects independently.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong client-facing abilities to communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors and clients.
