Mechanical Process Design Manager

12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Mainly Remote (on site twice a month)

Job Requirements:

Essential:

• 8-10+ years’ experience of designing a mechanical services / process systems.
• Experience of working in a highly regulated industry, strong preference to nuclear.
• Understanding of hydraulic / pressure calculations.
• Understanding of hazard identification and analysis associated with process systems (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP etc)
• BEng/BSc in mechanical engineering or similar degree.
• Line management experience of 5+ direct reports.
• Has been responsible for the programme and design output of a work package.
• Chartered Engineer

Desirable:

• Master’s education
• Understanding of IEC 61511
