Following Morson’s shortlisting for APSCo UK Recruitment Company of the Year, we are delighted to announce that Morson Group Sales Director David Lynchehaun has been shortlisted for Outsource Leader of the Year, in addition to nominations for Outsource RPO of the Year and Outsource MSP of the Year.
Sponsored by NatWest, the 2022 awards will celebrate the best in the outsourcing sector, celebrating the outstanding achievements of APSCo and OutSource members.
OutSource Leader of the Year is a new category for 2022 to recognise a member who has demonstrated great leadership skills in motivating and inspiring their teams.
Reflecting on the nomination David said:
“I am actively working to develop a culture of performance excellence. This informs how we communicate with each level of the business, how we build relationships with clients, how visible I am in the organisation and my desire to create an inclusive and diverse environment. I am eager to demonstrate that ‘what good looks like’ goes far beyond turnover and award wins. I often, carefully, push my team out of their comfort zones which enables them to achieve, what they may perceive to be, the impossible.
My aim is for everyone at Morson to have the opportunity to progress in a job they enjoy, working with people they can learn from and I align my leadership style and wider business strategy to champion this.”
Morson and our dedicated recruitment process outsourcing division, RPOne, are also finalists in the ASPCo Outsource awards, for RPO of the Year.
Morson’s submission in the category of RPO of the year focuses on RPOne’s guiding principle that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to RPO fits no one. Addressing the misconceptions that RPOs can never truly be fit for purpose, RPOne was designed in partnership with our clients, all of whom have different needs. In addition to our specialist, project and enterprise RPO offer, we developed Grow RPO – a solution designed specifically for start-ups and tech businesses. It’s a prime example of how our model wraps around the client, rather than restricting them. Understanding the nuances of a client’s business is critical to our success – and is something we have got right since day one. Our mission is to build mutually beneficial relationships across our clients’ organisations, becoming an extension of their teams, working in true partnership to create a recruitment solution that is right for them.
Morson’s submission for MSP of the Year allowed us to consider the challenges we and our clients have overcome in the past two years. There have been political, economic and social disruptions, but throughout, we have proven that our relationships go well beyond a basic client/supplier interaction. This shortlisting highlights how Morson’s MSP model continues to adapt to the needs of our clients, based on their landscape and industry. Morson clients have leveraged our expertise to build talented contingent populations to drive competitive advantage during this period of adversity. We believe this sets us apart from our competitors and is a key factor in our nomination for this award.
We’ll join you not just as your recruiter, but as your strategic partner. Coupling our market intelligence with your ambitions, we can forecast, advise, and set a course for your success. Find out more about Morson’s managed service provision, and our RPOne offering.
Winners of the APSCo Outsource Awards for excellence will be announced at a gala awards lunch on 20th September in London.
