Anderselite are currently hiring for a Fleet Administrator to work with one of our clients. This is a permanent full time position based in Birmingham.
The Role:
The Fleet Administrator will assist the Fleet Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor in overseeing daily fleet operations. This includes a variety of tasks, such as managing the shared fleet mailbox, handling enquiries, coordinating transfers and off-hires, and processing charges through our invoicing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and process damage notifications, assigning recharges to relevant drivers, and raising workshop jobs for repair costs.
- Update the Motor Insurance Database (MID) by adding new hires and removing off-hires.
- Maintain accounts for DART (Dartford Charge) and TFL (Transport for London).
- Record driver infringements, resolve outstanding penalties, and log them accordingly.
- Manage driver transfers and vehicle off-hires within the fleet system.
- Keep accurate and current records of fleet-related details, including vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance logs, and service history.
- Request fuel cards for all new long-term vehicles, ensuring delivery to the correct contact.
- Update the fuel card register by adding new cards and removing those for off-hired vehicles.
- Generate monthly reports on commercial van fuel spending and regional telemetry.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance bookings with suppliers.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with ongoing projects.
Key Measures & Targets:
- Accuracy of hire processes.
- Query resolution during reconciliations.
- Proper maintenance of fuel card register, DART, and TFL accounts.

Person Specification:
