Job Title: AI Solution Designer (4-month Contract, Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in London or Sheffield)
Duration: 4 months

Overview:

Bridge Technology Partners are working with a prestigious Financial Services organisation to find an experienced AI Solution Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing solutions, particularly with Microsoft Purview and Data Leak Protection (DLP), key enablers for deploying Copilot M365. We are seeking someone who is not only skilled in design but is also hands-on, able to take an active role in proof-of-concept work and ensure that Copilot is set up effectively for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the set-up of Microsoft Purview and Data Leak Protection, ensuring readiness for Copilot M365 deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure solutions conform to architecture principles and business requirements.
  • Lead proof-of-concept work and provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation of AI-enabled technologies.
  • Produce and maintain design documents in accordance with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Act as a technical lead, providing oversight and assurance on AI-adjacent technologies such as Copilot, Generative AI, and integration with existing systems.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Purview and Data Leak Protection (DLP).
  • Strong design background, with the ability to get hands-on and lead proof-of-concept work.
  • Familiarity with Copilot M365, including set-up, deployment, and integration.
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies, including Azure and compliance tools such as O365 Compliance Centre and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business language.
  • Some Architecture experience is desired.

Location & Working Model:

  • Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (London or Sheffield), with the rest remote.
