Salesforce Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - £500 per day - remote

My client, a Global eCommerce organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will be tasked to develop and build processes for the Global CRM Release project for leads, sales opportunities, customer discovery / qualification, tender and bidding processes and cases.

The below experience will be needed:

- Strong Business Analysis background working for a Global business 

- Creating, building and defining high-level business analysis processes

- Excellent Salesforce knowledge and a strong understanding of the sales process working with stakeholders 

- Build user stories / map out processes and be able to create a more simple account plan

- Salesforce cetifications desirable

- Proactive and able to work in a smaller team of 4 closely, and able to challenge ideas
