UX DESIGNER - CONTRACT - 6 MONTHS 

  • 6 MONTHS CONTRACT WITH LIKELY EXTENSION
  • REMOTE WITH SOME TRAVEL TO BRANCH TO COLLECT DATA / WORK WITH BRANCH OWNERS ON EXPERIENCE (LONDON)
  • IMMEDIATE START
  • INSIDE IR35
  • 500 - 550 GBP PER DAY
  • FULL JOB SPEC AVAILABLE 

This role will be working with the branch owners and the engagement team to get onsite user feedback. You will be observing the experience of users and feeding back to Product Managers, influencing future changes, releases and ideas to make things more efficient and streamlines. 

  • Work with the Product Teams, UX Lead, Development teams to ensure the Design System has flexibility in componenets which can be used to reduce effort for Branch Owners. Eg. Reduced clicks. 
  • Produce reports which can be actionable, come up with solutions which can be implemented and work collaboratively across the wider team and retail enterprise.
  • Quick. Efficient. Accurate. Experience with UX processes physically in stores / branches is essential.
  • This is not a software “all signing all dancing” UX role, but a role that will make a solid difference to thousands of branches of an important retail network which underpins part of the UK Infrastructure.
  • Must have extensive use of FIGMA / Design Systems / Data Analytics and experience of working a similar type of role.
