We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in global change Management where they have implemented new business processes.
The Client is a leading supply chain company who have been operating for over 80 years with around 12,000 employees globally, in over 60 countries.
The Programme Director will be responsible for setting up the new Programme from scratch within a new function and supporting the deliver end to end.
Key Accountabilities
• 5+ years experience as a Program Director leading complex programs (ie, global/cross-functional multi-disciplinary programs)
• Plan, mobilise and deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets, in-line with applicable policies and best practices
• Ensure that solutions are identified (be they technological or business process changes) to meet business requirements.
• Manage project-level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Create and uphold the required project documentation.
• Manage project stakeholders and ensure alignment with other initiatives which enable the programme
• Represent the projects at governance forums lead project status updates and secure the required project decisions and approvals resolve problems, escalate where needed
• Feed results and insights from the various projects back to key stakeholders, such strategy and programme roadmap can be adapted as required.
