Morson Talent are currently looking for a Utilities Demand Manager for Sizewell C.
You will manage the electrical, water, and IT & Telecommunications service needs. This role focuses on ensuring capacity, governance, and stakeholder support. Its an exciting time to join the project.
As Utilities Demand Manager, youll oversee utility management, developing strategies and agreements to meet project demands. Youll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute plans that address utility requirements.
Your responsibilities will include strategic oversight of technical processes, resolving issues, ensuring safety, and managing environmental and utility design practices. Youll play a key role in risk management, change control, and planning, contributing to the projects success.
The Role
You’ll oversee pre-construction and construction deliverables, ensuring key milestones are achieved. You’ll promote a strong Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture by addressing SHE-related issues and provide input to Environmental Management Plans and permits leading their implementation once approved.
Youll working closely with the team to understand and meet their utility needs. Collaboration with Utilities Designers, Contractors, and external stakeholders will be a key part of your role. You’ll also be coordinating with internal teams like Construction, Environmental, and Site Operations to ensure seamless progress.
You will manage project changes proactively, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring client satisfaction will be a top priority, delivering utilities on time, within budget, and to the high quality standards. You’ll also take the lead in coordinating with Utilities Construction teams to ensure compliance with best practices and DCO (Development Consent Order) guidelines.

• Industry expertise in utilities services, including water, telecommunications, power, and more.
• Desirable:
• A background in civil engineering, or construction.
• Proven experience in managing major programs or projects.
