We have an exciting opportunity for an EC&I COMMISSIONING ENGINEER to be based at our clients premises in West Cumbria.
About the Role:
To carry out vendor testing witnessing duties at works test.
Preparation of plant commissioning test specifications.
Early inspection of site installation to facilitate system handovers.
Execution of testing activities throughout IPC commissioning phase.
Identification of faults and ability to propose and implement solutions.
Organisation of Commissioning Technicians and support resources.
Initiation and implementation of FOBs.
Validation of Working Level Instructions.
Application and removal of Temporary Commissioning Aids.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
Nuclear CE&I systems commissioning.
Minimum - HNC/HND in Engineering related subject.
Experience in nuclear commissioning.
Project management knowledge, preferably APM member.
Calculation production using Excel.
IOSH Managing Safely.
SMSTS or SSSTS.
CSCS/ECS supervisory card relevant to trade.
Design Tools/Software:
Microsoft suite
