Job Purpose

The Senior CS&A Technician will form a role within a design team undertaking Civil, Structural or Architectural design activities. The Senior CS&A Technician will provide technical guidance and support to projects and support and mentor others.

The Senior CS&A Technician applies knowledge to develop design solutions to a wide range of common or complex design situations & problems.

This is the level for an experienced Technician working with a high level of developed knowledge in a subject area the role is directly accountable for designs, developments and determines solutions to problems and issues within a discipline area. The Senior CS&A Technician should have a wealth of experience across the full lifecycle of CS&A design and be comfortable developing concept designs as well as producing more detailed designs.
