Role Objective: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service. You will engage with our clients’ customers through phone calls and email, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and customer-focused. Your enthusiasm and caring approach will be key to creating outstanding experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Engaging with our clients’ customers via phone and email to efficiently resolve queries, while seamlessly collaborating with other suppliers when required to deliver timely solutions.
- Taking full ownership of every issue you encounter, providing a smooth, end-to-end customer experience. With comprehensive training across all aspects of customer service, you’ll resolve problems directly, removing the frustration of customers being passed between departments.

Experience & Capabilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with customers over phone and email.
- Ability to convey information clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive tone.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and care.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and resolve queries effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment while maintaining high performance standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking and prioritising workload
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as inbound call centres, retail, or hospitality, is preferred.
