We are seeking a proficient Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administration skills and prior office admin experience, ideally within a Facilities Management (FM) environment. The successful candidate will manage the administration of hard services works, ensuring efficient and effective support in a fast-paced office setting. The role involves working closely with both internal teams and external vendors, managing processes, and maintaining excellent organisational standards. Experience in customer service settings and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT packages are highly desirable. This full-time position requires working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, with an hourly pay rate starting at £12.30, potentially rising to £14.00 depending on experience.
