Job Description:
We are urgently seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers to support the delivery of rail infrastructure projects across the London Underground network. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of critical rail projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of rail infrastructure projects for the London Underground.
• Support the Project Manager in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, issues, and delays, and assisting in developing mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within rail projects.
• Previous experience working on London Underground or similar rail infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with relevant rail industry safety standards and regulations.

• Experience in managing or assisting with rail infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of the London Underground network and operational requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Daily rate: TBC/Based on experience.
