Senior Architectural Associate/Team Leader

Anderselite are seeking a Senior Architectural Associate to join an exciting Architectural and Landscape Design practice specialising in the education sector.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of exciting projects up to £30m through all RIBA stages.
- Managing a team of up to 8 people providing leadership, mentoring and support.
- Contribution to the management of the practice with opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Director level.

About you
- Architectural flair.
- Honesty Integrity and Empathy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident project delivery.
- Traditional and D&B contract experience.
- Experience of education sector is important but not critical.
- Revit experience important but not critical.
- Experience of heritage work beneficial but not critical.
