Business Analyst - Dynamics 365, Process Mapping

Our client, a leading media business based in London, is seeking a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract.

The role will involve optimising business processes and system efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, with a focus on process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience working on Dynamics 365 projects
• Experience analysing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support user training and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong process mapping skills (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience working with Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
