Customer Service Representative

We are seeking three enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team, working for Vinci Facilities. The role involves managing both planned and reactive maintenance requests from clients, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. This is an office-based position with a potential for a permanent opportunity after a three-month period. We offer two shift patterns: one is a standard Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend work required, and the other involves a 4-on-4-off pattern with 12-hour day shifts. Comprehensive training will be provided over a six-week period, or sooner depending on the candidates ability to learn the role.
