Job Title: Customer Service Change Agent
Location: Manchester Airport
Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (3:30 AM - 1:30 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Change Agents to support passengers at Manchester Airport as they adapt to new self-check-in and self-bag drop terminals. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with passengers to guide them through the self-check-in and bag drop process.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues.
• Offer reassurance and clear instructions to ensure a seamless experience for travellers.
• Work collaboratively with airport teams to maintain efficient terminal operations.
• Identify and report any technical or operational issues with the self-service systems.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a busy airport environment.

About You
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and be on your feet for extended periods.
• A proactive and helpful approach to assisting passengers.
• Comfortable using technology and explaining processes to customers.
