About the Role:
We are recruiting a proactive and professional Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join our client’s team in Sheffield. This is a key role within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional meet and greet service.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and manage first aid kit checks.
- Coordinate courier bookings and manage incoming/outgoing post.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as sorting out post and keeping the office organized.
- Assist the team with ad hoc duties as needed, working independently and taking initiative.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, with the ability to work autonomously and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent front-of-house and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
