Job Title: Resolutions Agent / Customer Service Agent
Department: Logistics
Location: Oldbury (West Midlands)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused Resolutions Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails, manage a variety of customer queries, and ensure prompt and professional resolutions. You’ll be at the heart of our customer service operation, coordinating solutions, handling complaints, and providing regular updates to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email, assessing requests and prioritising based on urgency.
  • Managing multiple cases at once, ensuring each customer receives timely and professional support.
  • Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate effective solutions.
  • Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Accurately recording details of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalations in a calm and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills – you can explain things clearly and reassure customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised while managing multiple queries at once.
  • A customer-first approach, always looking to deliver the best experience possible.
