Rate: £24,500 (prorated across 6 months) plus bonus opportunity (£30,000 OTE)
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Term: 6 months (with possible permanent opportunity)

Hours: 37.5

Are you working in retail sales and looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for a number of Retail Sales Advisors to join our client’s customer service team on a fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility for a permanent position at the end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer contacts via calls, email, web chat, and other channels. •Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Offer additional products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with the domestic customer base.
• Negotiate sales prices and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Support with email management and web chat as required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Desirable: Retail sales/customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence
• High degree of self-motivation, time management, and resilience
• Results-oriented and target-driven attitude
• Ability to build professional rapport with customers
• Empathy in managing customer interactions
