Double award win for Morson CEO Ged Mason and Morson Group at the TIARA Recruitment Awards 2023

We are thrilled to announce that Morson CEO Ged Mason, OBE, has been celebrated for his long-standing contribution to the recruitment industry with the Mercury Hall of Fame Award at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards. Morson Group also scooped the WorkWell Innovation Award, which recognises the best examples of innovation and improvement that enable recruiters to gain a competitive edge.

Mercury Hall of Fame Award

This prestigious award honours an individual with a distinguished career that has had both an impact on the perception and professionalism of the industry, as well as achieving success as a leader. This year it also recognises Ged’s incredible commitment to charity and our local community. The award is particularly poignant as Ged’s father, Morson founder Gerry Mason, was also a recipient. 

As Chief Executive, Ged has full responsibility for Morson Group’s strategy and commercial performance along with key staff resourcing strategy and key client liaison. The business has continued to grow and flourish under his leadership. Ged is an amazing ambassador, entrepreneur, and benefactor. Supporting numerous charitable causes, including: The Seashell Trust, Engineering Excellence Scholarships, University of Salford Makerspace project and Destination Florida – all causes close to his heart.
